My apologies for not knowing every one of our 4000 customers. (But quite honestly Steve, the face and the beard aren't ringing a bell.) And you're right K.H., he made purchases (only way I can track since we don't log each customer's entry into and exit from the store) on 1/30/98, 3/14/98, 8/14/98, and 11/5/99. From a purchase standpoint, though, that's the last record we have, so we've haven't "seen" Steve in about 10 months.

At any rate, my point is not about phony or anonymous e-mail addresses but using your name in your post (somewhere) so people know who you are and maybe even what your credentials are. That's personally why I always sign my name and credentials at the bottom of every post - gives you perspective to evaluate what I have to say.

Sorry if you (or anyone else) took offense to that.
