I cut him a lot of slack for various reasons, then after MHK repeatedly demanded our respect with very little to support it, he shot both his feet off while they were in his mouth. As such, I am avoiding giving him the credibility of a response, so I'm glad you did it for me.
I've been around the dive community for a long while. When I asked, I was told something about loud mouthed New Yorkers. I think that says it all.
