Thank you, John, for finally answering my query about the change in deep 21% theory. Does this also apply to 21% in less than 100 fsw? If so, when do you think He will extend to basic rec diving? Right now it's expensive and inconvenient to get fills. After trimix cert, where and how do you get your He mixes?
