Even putting aside the issue of the press release date, I see this as a big screwup on the part of you wreck raider types.
Why have none of you received federal grants for artifact recovery? Removing these pieces of litter off the sea floor, and getting paid millions for the work? Hmmm. Maybe I need to write a grant proposal for experimenting on scallop taste variability with which dive boats and islands I am on. Then the same for bugs.
Under the right circumstances we can look on our taxes favorably. It all depends ofn the return on investment!
