A couple of problems with that idea..
1) I'm not an instructor;
2) I think training is too watered down as it is so no way would I ever pass anyone in an online program;
3) I send everyone Walker's way and I know he isn't passing anyone online;
4)If I ever decide to become an instructor my interest would be in converting already certified divers into DIR diver's and then handing them off to Walker for the certifications in trimix;
5) I'm not sure how many I would pass ;-) I wouldn't be handing out C-cards like the Sport Chalet, PADI wheel o' Rama...
But other than that I'll answer any questions I can about mixed gas diving...

PS. I'm don't come cheap so I don't think it would be affordable
