During my DM class, my instructor would have all the OW1 students take a 10 minute break, and while they were gone, we would throw all their gear into the pool. After their break, they had to freedive into the pool together and don their gear before ascending. Any student who surfaced with someone else's gear had to remove it all and start again. It was always good for a few laughs!
