That's exactly what I believe. The PO2 that us divers work with are too low 1.6 or less to have oxygen narcosis a factor. We will tox, convulse and die before you start to feel high(nar'ked) from oxygen. Apparently others feel differently so show me data, personal experience or whatever that PO2 less than 1.6 are relevant.
