What I'm trying to get across is that even with the silly stickers or the 02 cleaning, it is very common for the tanks, once cleaned, to the be *contaminated* by a non-hydrocarbon free fill and as a result you have a *contaminated* tank, such as the term is..

To that end, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING has been accomplished by the cleaning or the silly sticker, and you could then have some 18 yeard old at the fill station blindly relying on stickers and wholley ingnoring the fact that the tank is not clean.. Accordingly, the stickers could provide false and misleading information..
