40 won't cut it with steel 95's. It's great for double 80's and even fine adding a stage to that set up. Get two wings the smaller and larger set because the drag and extra 'snaging' potential warrant two wings. 55 will work with 95's and drysuit just fine. I have a 38 (halcyon doesn't make these anymore, which really sucks for those that do akumal and don't have one already). Anything bigger than 55-60 for the applications listed is overkill and will give you that 'winged monster' look. Keep your DR 60# and get a 40# Halcyon and you should be just fine with the 80's (unless you get lucky and find the coveted 38).
