Depending on conditions, I think deeper than 70' is deep. Some of these conditions include cold water, low visibility, currents or where descents and ascents are conducted in areas where it is a straight drop down to the target depth. Local examples of this might include Farnsworth or Wreck Alley. I think overhead environments deeper than 70' are deep as well.

While I think trimix at 100' is a bit overkill, I would agree that nitrox, redundant gas supply and training deeper than 100' this is a must. Also, trimix is absolutely required deeper than 130'.
