How do you come up this anti-deep-stop position?

We're not talking about a 15 or 20 minute stop, we are talking about a few pauses on a slow ascent.

You have again put out that there is adanger in a deep stop. Most of us believe that this is a bunch of crap. I explained it below. Dr. Bennett of DAN did a better job of explaining it last year. If you have some rational for this position, I would love to hear it.

By your saying it over and over, you keep running the risk that a diver will believe you and ascend at a faster rate. That would make your advice dangerous.

For the record. I believe that your claim that the deep stop was bad is pure hogwash and is unsupportable. You are a "professional" and shoudl know better than to spout off like that. If you want to know the rational for why I believe this, simply see my post below in response to an earlier posting of your incorrect conclusion.
