Just off the top of my head, you go out to Farnsworth, you see a guy put his reg on bass ackwards, no octo, etc., whateve, just looks like he's never dived before, he goes down, comes back up, you might find yourself at the wrong end of a complaint, given the current climate in which people don't think they (or their lost loved ones) need to take personal responsibility. "You should not have let him dive" and all that crap
