Wouldn't it be nice if all scuba divers acted together and refused to sign waivers which signed away for the negligence of others? I personally am really tired of being forced (and it _is_ a form of collusion) to sign waivers where I accept responsibility if the boat/DM/whatever screws up.
But, then again, it is kind of a pipe dream to think that everyone would accept responsibility for their own actions -- not in this world.
