I have seen boat do this in the past some privet some dive boats. I only have one problem with the story. The only thing I can get out of both sides is that there WAS a DIVE FLAG flying... Now it the captin came within VERBAL range of a boat flying a dive flag......YOUR TOOO CLOSE!!!!!!!!!!!
I can't understand why a captin of a dive boat would do something like that.... I have been to this site and it is very large..... I would say this is NOT someting I would want a group of students on my boat to see.... AHHH nothing like diving catalina.. were the wine of propellers almost makes it fell like diving on the freeway...
