You can do pretty much everything it advertises with the FREE Irfanview.
That said, it has a 30 day free trial and it's basically free @ $40 anyway. The only way you're ever going to know what works for you is to download it, ACDSee, Irfanview, and any other trial/free packages, and spend a few hours with them!
High quality freeware like Irfanview rocks!
