Anyway I was talking to a F&G warden at a local LDS, and he said that there were no restrictions whatsoever on Main lobster. Neither size number or seasonal limits. He said that sometimes some good hearted folk release them from their restaurant pens.
He also recommended capturing them by any means available including spear, since they are not natural to the area and may present an severe risk to the spiny locals.
