She's the one that was using 10 times the usual water while asking people to cut back on theirs.While San Diego was in drought and they were restricting when and how often you could water - odd number days after 6pm by hand only, etc. Good ole Susan and a few others were exposed by the local papers as having lush landscapes, not rationing and using 10 times the allotment for her property. She has nooooo credibily for me - if she's involved she's up to something- Is there any other former San Diegans who remember her???
