You probably have that Barry University 'Dive Management BS' (yes they actually offer that). In reality, how do you as an individual have a national 'cross sectional' understanding of what GUE is doing or how it is received? Do you travel around diving boats in florida, north ca, great lakes, etc in addition to your calif experience?

Tell me how GUE is dangerous and what your personal experience is with it. Did you take a class (no need to indicate pass/fail), Who was instructor....you really are avoiding these questions as several have asked.
