Yes I do travel all over the world, I am retired (at a young age thank you dot bombs).
And yes GUE/DIR is looked down upon all over the US, its not known outside the US and most likely and thankfully won't be.
After all its not like TDI or some "real" certification agency, its just a marketing program for Halcyon and again thankfully its failing at that.
