In all candor, one of the messages that I hope the CWD's take away from the meeting is that DIR is much more then a standardized gear configuration..

Most simply conentrate on the gear, but in my view, the DIR mindset is equally, if not, more important then the gear...

But either way I'm sure this is going to be a blast..
