It's easy to make your own bungee out of about a foot & a half of surgical rubber tubing. You should adjust the size to fit yourself as well as your reg.
Form the tubing into a circle; overlap the ends past each other 3" - 5" and secure with zip ties or whip with heavy string. Be sure to adjust the opening to hold your reg snugly by the mouth tube, you don't want it too loose.

You can buy longer hoses & replace the ones on your rig yourself if you want to, but a 7' coil of hose around your neck for bug hunting is not only unnecessary, but an entanglement hazard.
